# Sticky avatars when scrolling a long message?

It seems people sometimes like to write long messages.

On the small chat window, having the avatar to be scrolled down at the same time as you scroll the message, identically to the feature you added recently on posts, could be nice.

I think we should force-collapse long chat messages, so they _aren’t_ long cc @markvanlan. That also drives home the message that long-form content isn’t really desirable in chat. Let me show you how Signal does it:
