Falco님, 덕분에 문제가 해결되었습니다!

Azure에서는 버전을 지정할 수 없기 때문에, 최신 사용 가능 버전으로 업데이트하기 위해 `ALTER EXTENSION vector UPDATE`를 실행했습니다. 확장 프로그램 설치는 데이터베이스별로 적용되므로, 업데이트 문장을 실행하려면 discourse 데이터베이스(기본 `postgres` DB가 아닌)에 연결해야 합니다.

현재 설치된 버전을 확인하고 업데이트하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
