لا أعرف ما إذا كان نظام AssociationSphere الخاص بنا قد أصبح نشطًا بعد (رغم أن موقعنا الإلكتروني نشط بالفعل)، لكن عدة موظفين منا اختبروا منتدى AssociationSphere. قمنا بتعيين تفضيلات البريد الإلكتروني لدينا، سواء في Discourse أو مباشرة في منتدى خاص بنا، لتلقي إشعارات في كل مرة يُنشَر منشور جديد أو يتم ذكرنا أو وسمنا. ومع ذلك، لا يتلقى أي منا رسائل البريد الإلكتروني. هل هذا لأن موقعنا الإلكتروني نشط، بينما نظام AssociationSphere ربما لم يكن نشطًا بعد؟ لست متأكدًا مما يحدث.

أولاً، راجع السجلات لمعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك أي إدخالات توضح سبب عدم إرسال البريد الإلكتروني. يمكنك العثور عليها في YOURFORUM/admin/email-logs/skipped.
