# Stripe reports Discourse hook endpoint failing

Starting on Sept 29th, for an unknown reason, Stripe can no longer reach the Subscriptions hook endpoint, `/s/hooks/`.

I don’t even know where to begin troubleshooting this. I’ve rebooted the instance, but that didn’t help. What could I try next?
