There’s multiplied options for this: the [WP Discourse](https://github.com/discourse/wp-discourse) plugin, [Embed Discourse comments on another website via Javascript](https://meta.discourse.org/t/embed-discourse-comments-on-another-website-via-javascript/31963), or even making a category where only you have topic creation permissions. It’s definitely possible.
