# Structuring an active support community migrating from Facebook

Another thought: in the current (facebook) setup, some areas of the communities are actually group chats:

- coaching the helpers
- technical support
- off-topic

So I’m wondering, category or group chat? What are your criteria for choosing between one or the other?
