# Subscription banner subscribers count reset

Hello, I have started using the subscription banner and everything works fine except the count of new subscribers. It says that there are 41 subscribers but there are only 29 and it always keeps this difference interval of 12.

I guess that this is counting all the subscription tests that I made with the plugin, and this makes me think that if a subscriber cancels their subscription, the count won’t be updated either.

So how can I change this and adjust it to the real number of subscribers?

I’m no longer using the campaign part of the subscriptions plugin. But I too saw that. I posted about it somewhere… but now I can’t find the topic `¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ` Just “me too’ing” .
