I moved this out of [Bundling more popular plugins with Discourse core](https://meta.discourse.org/t/bundling-more-popular-plugins-with-discourse-core/373574) so it can be discussed separately. I think the presentation of plugins on the “installed plugins” page is worth giving some attention now that many more plugins are installed by default. It’s a massive list now.
