# Suggestion for /admin/upgrade#/

I’m not sure how difficult this would be to implement.
Lately there have been a few issues with people’s instances failing rebuild or not working because of broken plugins.
The status of plugins is monitored here on meta.
A third column in /admin/upgrade#/ which indicated “Broken” or “Suspect” would give a headsup to people before they get themselves in trouble.
Even just a “Check status” which pointed to [https://meta.discourse.org/t/](https://meta.discourse.org/t/) _plugin_ might be worth considering.

I think there is certainly merit in calling out “official” vs “unofficial” on the page, reaching out to meta directo from the page feel a little intrusive and risky. I removed the pr-welcome for now cause we need a lot more information and maybe a visual mock of the suggestion here prior to asking 3rd party developers to build.
