# Summary E-Mails

I was creating a forum and I found the summary email, and I was wondering if it is possible to manually change the posts contained in the summary email.

Since, for example, a post that becomes very toxic or violent can have many comments and become a “Top Topic” which I do not think is appropriate. Thank you very much.

Anything is possible in a plugin, but I don’t think there’s a means to do that.

Is this an actual problem or one that you imagine? I’d recommend that you solve it with moderation. You might unlist or close such topics.

You do get a chance to manually influence what’s captured in the summary - by moderating your community. We’re talking about a system here which sends emails that summarize based on activity, so if your moderators are doing their job then this issue can’t arise.
