I wonder if the edit bookmark dialog really needs this button.
On the off-chance that there exists a case for keeping it, I think it can be improved. Right now both the icon and placement are misleading, or at the very least confusing.

Is that solely for desktop? On mobile, that button shows and hides the ‘After you are notified’ dropdown.

It does the same on desktop but seems a tad overkill to toggle only one extra input

Maybe should also be moved to the bottom of the modal, so it appears after you select when you’re notified?
