I saw threads about implementing helpscout or other customer support widgets on a discourse forum, but i was wondering if anyone knows of a similar cs chat tool that will use existing discourse topics to generate suggested answers prior to connecting you with a human? This would be on a non discourse site.
Example: openai has their discourse community here: [https://community.openai.com/](https://community.openai.com/) , you could imagine that it might be a smoother experience if when you’re on [https://platform.openai.com/](https://platform.openai.com/) and had questions, you could ask a little chat widget that would query their discourse first, then if there wasn’t a relevant topic, connect you with a rep or suggest you start a topic.
