Hi Jennifer,

I was just looking at this last night for a different but similar automated message.

You can indeed change any automated message (as far as I can tell) by going to Admin Panel \> Customize \> Text

Then you’ll see I searched for `This is an automated` as you showed in your screenshot, and it’s the first thing I saw.
