# 非员工的标签观察在标签是标签组一部分时不起作用

我认为现在已经可以正常工作了。

我注意到一个对我的用例来说不理想的情况，但这可能是故意的：

当我将标签组设置为仅对特定组可见时，该标签不会出现在那些看不到它的用户的“关注列表”中（也不会应用）。我以前用标签来“顶”主题，使其处于更高的关注状态，而普通用户看不到。我现在不能那样做了，但没关系。
