Hi everyone, just checking in to see if anyone has had a chance to look into this yet?
My users are reporting that they can’t use the form at all because of the text field issue, so it’s becoming a bit of a blocker for our community.
LucasMiller: The comment interface below the articles has a bug; I can’t type anything to post (tested on both iPhone and Android/Xiaomi). You click the text field to type, but it simply doesn’t register any input. Please take a look when you can!
This is only happening on articles where it would be the 1st comment.
LucasMiller: I only managed to post by creating a quote without adding any text. Only after it redirected me to the Community interface (instead of staying below the article) was I able to actually add my comment.
The Markdown workaround helps, but it’s not ideal for the average user. Any insights or temporary fixes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again for the help.
