# Telegram Notifications Plugin (discourse-telegram-notifications)

また、以下のエラーも発生しています。

@codinghorror 最近、最新の Discourse Docker コンテナで OpenSSL のバージョンが変更されたため、この問題が発生しています。ホストマシンでは OpenSSL 1.1.1 を Telegram API に使用すると、証明書が読み込まれます。
