# Telligent 迁移至 Discourse – 用户账户迁移？

大家好，
我们计划将社区论坛从 Telligent 迁移到 Discourse，目前正在考虑包含迁移协助服务的商业版方案。
请问有人之前经历过这种迁移吗？如果有，你们现有的用户账号是否都成功迁移了？
用户们能够使用现有账号直接登录，还是必须重新创建账号或重置密码？
非常希望能听到大家的经验分享。谢谢！

你好！
我不太清楚 Discourse 团队内部目前的发展方向，但如果他们没有针对 Telligent 的迁移工具，就无法在“商业版”（Business）计划下为你执行迁移。以往，要在他们的工具中接入一个新平台，至少需要“企业版”（Enterprise）计划。
建议你直接给团队发个消息，他们人真的很好，会帮你更清楚地了解迁移相关事宜。你无需提前签约就能获取报价。
如果团队确实没有相关工具，我们社区里有很多成员可以作为顾问为你提供服务，在帮你完成迁移的同时，你依然可以订阅商业版计划。

是的，用户账户迁移没有问题，所有用户都会保留其内容、统计数据和个人资料信息。

用户可以使用现有账户登录，无需创建新账户。这就像他们从一开始就在 Discourse 上一样。不过，他们必须重置密码，首次登录时会被提示进行重置。
