저도 같은 문제를 겪고 있습니다. 모바일 사용자는 템플릿 기능을 사용하려면 게시글을 먼저 작성한 후 템플릿 기능을 이용해 내용을 복사하고 붙여넣어야 하는 매우 번거로운 우회 방법을 사용해야 합니다. 또한 데스크톱 사용자라도 키보드 단축키를 외우는 것은 기술에 익숙한 사람들에게는 쉽지만, 우리 직원 중에는 이런 것에 익숙하지 않은 사람들도 많습니다.
