Yes, thanks for the references @Apecengo. The point is that here we are not looking to create new `TOS`, but rather to translate what Discourse provides as the source (in English), do you understand?

Their TOS are for the U.S. If each user wants to modify them for the country where each forum resides, they can do so from the text customization options in the administration panel of each forum.

However, on this occasion, the goal is to translate the TOS that Discourse provides us.
