What does it mean?

I just copied this quote and pasted it here, can you give some more details of the issue you’re experiencing?

If you mean you’re not seeing the blockquote toolbar item activating when you’re inside a bbcode quote, that’s… currently intentional.

If we want to make that work (not sure we do… /cc @lindsey), it means also changing the blockquote toolbar item itself - it’ll need to toggle the bbcode quote as well, which it doesn’t currently do.
