# Testing Boosts on Meta

I like the idea of boosts, and don’t think they need to be combined with reactions… they can complement, but both should be optional and more configurable… for instance, if you are going to let everyone have 16 characters, then why not let them have more than one reaction? That should be configurable by the site, not dictated.
