첫 번째 게시물 하단에 표시되지만, 해당 게시물에 대한 답변이나 회신에는 표시되지 않는 텍스트(관리자로부터 제공되는 내용)를 추가할 수 있을까요?

첫 번째 게시물 하단에 우리 그룹에 대한 정보 등을 포함하고 싶습니다.

글쎄, 기술적으로는 주제를 닫고, 작업에 메모를 추가한 뒤(편집 아이콘 클릭) 다시 열 수 있습니다. 약간 번거롭지만, 메시지는 표시됩니다.  
목록에 추가/제거하는 방법도 작동합니다.

가장 가까운 것으로 생각되는 것은 스태프 공지입니다. 다만, 이는 토픽의 상단에 표시되는 것이 아니라 하단에 표시된다는 점이 다릅니다.
