Is it possible to have some text appear (which comes from the moderator) which is added to the bottom of the first post in a thread, but not to a responses/replies to the post? Well, technically you could close the topic, add a note to the action (click the edit icon) then open it. A bit messy, but it shows the message. List/unlist also works.

Das Nächstliegende, an das ich denken kann, ist eine Staff Notice. Das Einzige ist, dass sie am Anfang und nicht am Ende eines Themas erscheint.
