# The link to the comments community is missing from the Wordpress article

Thank you for the feedback. It sounds logical. But that the problem is in another plugin that causes the problems is currently just a hypothesis that we have not been able to confirm.

Could you please help me clarify why webhook is reporting:

```plaintext
"{\"success\":false,\"message\":\"The webhook event is not supported.\"}"

```
