I recently got a new server today and followed the instructions ([INSTALL-cloud.md](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md)) to install Discourse again. The new setup page (specified after the ./discourse-setup and bootstrap section) looked very helpful and simple to beginners with this software, with easy instructions to set up their new forum.
