I just installed the latest of discourse today in order to restore a backup from 2016. However, after uploading the backup file, the Restore button on the right side does not activate. I thought might be the different versions of discourse causes the problem, so I did a current backup. But after the backup created, the restore button does not activate. It’s a site setting to enable restores and prevent accidental overwrites. Search for `allow restore` in admin settings. ---
