# The user cannot see his personal message

I think it’s likely the [Custom Trust Level](https://meta.discourse.org/t/custom-trust-level/147253) plugin. I think someone else had a similar issue with that a little while back:

You (or your developer) would need to remove that plugin from your `app.yml` and rebuild without it. Hopefully that should make everything come good. 🤞
