Continuing the discussion from [First Time Setup Wizard](https://meta.discourse.org/t/first-time-setup-wizard/49512/2):

Now that we support full-blown themes, we should support theme selection + color scheme, as opposed to just color scheme like we do currently:

It is not ready; @sam has a bunch of work left to do on the theming feature as I understand it.
