我试图了解有关 @提及（@mentions）如何工作的详细信息。这几年情况有点变化，目前实际功能是什么，在任何地方都不清楚。

根据我自己的试验和错误，情况如下：

1. @提及会触发单条通知

2. 它们不会改变用户对某个主题的关注/跟踪状态（但以前会）
