# 채팅창에 버그가 있는데 재현 가능한지 확실하지 않아요

고객이 채팅과 타이핑에 사용 중인 장치는 Mac OS/Chrome입니다.  
입력 방식은 일본어 입력기입니다.  
채팅을 입력하는 동안 타이핑이 중단되어 채팅이 완전한 문장으로 형성되지 않습니다.  
일본어를 사용하지 않으면 이해가 불가능할 수 있습니다. 일본어 입력은 먼저 가나를 입력하고, 가나가 충분히 입력되어 특정 한자 단어의 발음과 일치하면, 가나가 한자로 변환되어 사용자가 입력할지 여부를 선택하게 됩니다. 그러나 이 버그로 인해 현재 고객은 가나 입력 중간에 중단되고 있습니다. 대신 한자 선택 단계에 도달할 수 없습니다. 한자 선택을 시도하면 입력된 가나가 그대로 전송됩니다. 조각난 단어들이 하나씩 전송되어 완전한 문장을 형성하기 어렵습니다.
