Digests send rate

Given that there are some emails on my forum that are “queued,” I believe there’s a queuing algorithm. I’d be surprised if any mail provider would allow sending more than 14 emails per second, as that could easily be flagged as spam. You can check the status of your emails in Admin → Emails → Sent.
