Safari doesn’t support `input type=time`. Instead, it reverts to displaying a text input. The input is expected to be in the form of `hh:mm:ss`, in a 24 hour format: [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/time](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/time)

I’m not sure what Discourse should do to handle time inputs on Safari.
