# TL0 User count drops after upgrade

Is there anything in any of the major or even minor upgrades since 1.9 that would cause a drop in TL0 users?

We ran the 2.4 upgrade recently and lost about 11K TL0 members. There wasn’t a gain of that magnitude on the other TLs.

We moved from vbulletin in 2017, importing several hundred thousand members.

Thoughts?

Were they users who haven’t logged in for a long time and have created no content? I believe that they are now deleted automatically. See `SiteSetting.clean_up_inactive_users_after_days`.
