Is it possible to get a page like tl3 requirement in user administration but for tl2?
Why this page doesn’t exist? There is a reason?

Most likely because it has never been requested before. TL2 is not difficult to track - far simpler than TL3 - all the statistics are displayed at the bottom of the user’s admin page already.

I’m agree with this. But if we talk UX, it is not consistent to find some information for User A here and not for user B.
A page should not exist for everyone?
Furthermore, on the user’s admin page I don’t see the stat ‘tl2 requires topics entered’.
