# TOC on FAQ page?

Hello team, is it possible to add TOC on `/faq` page?

I’ve already added the TOC component and on the main “faq” topic I see the table of contents, BUT when I go to `myforum.com/faq` the toc dissappears.

Could it be because the initial topic is in a private category and when discourse calls /faq it brings it up without TOC? 🤔

This isn’t possible, TOC isn’t compatible with published pages:

Hi SidV!

There is a workaround.

Change the FAQ URL from your site settings:

If you want the page to appear different from a regular topic, you can check out this neat trick:

You can make a regular topic look like a “standalone” page, on which components and plugins will be loaded. 🙂
