Is there any way to make your own custom notifications at the top? Like when you’re in bootstrap mode, or the “let’s start the discussion” thing.

go into admin \> settings and search “`global notice`”

Display an URGENT, EMERGENCY, non-dismissible global banner notice to all visitors, change to blank to hide it (HTML allowed).
