What is the topic conclusion? Out of a week, I have spent reading on discourse forums I have only [seen 1](https://devforum.roblox.com/t/update-datastores-incident-data-consistency-checker-api/832679/16?u=howtorobloxyt_tv). So what is it exactly? And is it a custom plugin? ---

That looks like a standard staff notice on which you can put custom text above any post. ---
