# Topic disappeared

An extremely important Topic in my company’s Discourse forum has disappeared. I honestly don’t how where the best place is to report this, but I am very concerned with how to get it back. Can I get some help? Thanks!

Could it have accidentally been deleted? Append `?status=deleted` to the end your site URL to view deleted topics.

You can look at the staff action log to see who deleted the topic `/admin/logs/staff_action_logs`.
