# Topic error when flagging as "something else" quickly

When flagging topics/replies as “Somethine Else”, it will say you are creating topics too fast if you flag quickly.

Reproduction:

1. Flag for “Something Else”, providing a reason
2. After a few flags, the error pops up.

Explanation:

When flagging as something else, it will automatically create a personal message under my name. Doing this in quick succesion will cause the ratelimits to trigger.
