New topic filtering UI

We just shipped a refresh to the topics filtering UI. [image] The /filter link is now, by default, under the More… section in the sidebar. We added support for keyword based search, you can type anything into the box To improve discovery we added an autocomplete system to the box, it lets you easily navigate the filtering options I made a quick demo at: [Discourse Topic Filter Demo] Learn more at:
