Также стоит установить дополнительный плагин «sidecar», ссылка на который есть в первом сообщении. Он добавляет дополнительные функции. Инструкция по установке: [Install plugins on a self-hosted site](https://meta.discourse.org/t/install-plugins-in-discourse/19157?u=merefield)

Оба плагина необходимы для полноценной работы TLP.
