# Onderwerp post samengevoegd in een ander onderwerp behoudt nog steeds de categorie wijziging bewerking

When a topic that has its category changed and is indicated so as an edit, and the topic is merged with another topic as a normal reply, the post still retains the edit history of the category change.

Technically, it’s a reply after rhe merging, so it shouldn’t have that edit (it would be confusing, wouldn’t it?), but this may not be very easy to locate?
