作为版主或管理员，是否可以创建一条帖子，使其作为通知出现在所有用户面前？例如，如果服务条款（ToS）有更新，所有用户都应收到通知以知晓变更。

最好的情况是，他们需重新接受服务条款。

如果你更新了服务条款（ToS）或常见问题（FAQ），用户不会自动收到更新通知。你应该告知用户这些条款已更改。如果你想让他们再次确认接受，可以创建一个主题帖，并将此插件添加到你的网站中。🙂
