我们不想因很久以前发生的事件而向用户发送大量通知。因此，启用后，徽章会进行历史补发，但成员仅在他们最近 2 周内获得徽章时才会收到通知。如果成员同时符合多个徽章的资格（例如，他们获得了 6 票，因此同时符合“白日梦想家”和“头脑风暴者”徽章的条件），我们只会通知他们获得的“最高级”徽章（例如，“头脑风暴者”）。 ---
