# Issue with not receiving emails

Hello everyone, I encountered a new problem today. After installing according to the official method, I entered the registration page. After successful registration, a confirmation email is sent. However, my current problem is that I have not received any messages in my email, and I have checked the spam folder, but there is nothing there either. Therefore, I am very confused. I followed the official troubleshooting method, and at least when I checked the logs, no errors appeared. So I am asking everyone here if there is a problem with my `app.yml` configuration.

And I used `./discourse-doctor` to check and found that there was indeed a problem, but I don’t quite understand this problem.
