Have you tried regenerating it after you changed the domain? At /admin/config/login-and-authentication/discourse-id there is a button to do that

If that doesn’t help, the steps described in this topic should help: Changing domain names prevents Discourse ID from working

Regenerating the credentials didn’t work, but the method in that post did. Thank you for finding it for me.

Thank you very much for your helpful answer; it solved my problem. However, a new issue has arisen. When I click on login, I see this message:

Administrators can log in to the backend, but other users cannot.

After you log in, can you re-enable Discourse ID logins or local logins (enable discourse id or enable local logins via email settings)?

Administrators can only log in via email; there is no other way to log in.
