Continuing the discussion from [Topics by muted users should not appear in Latest](https://meta.discourse.org/t/topics-by-muted-users-should-not-appear-in-latest/35584):

I really need that muted user topics don’t appear in my view.  
It is what I muted user for.

If muted user topics appear, I don’t really understand exactly what does muting on users. 🤔

I reopen a topic for this feature request because the original one is closed with a link to a now removed topic.
