I think it’s similar to this one [Discourse jumps back 20 posts in post history when navigating to new topic](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-jumps-back-20-posts-in-post-history-when-navigating-to-new-topic/242739). I’ve been experiencing it again too. I think it could be when following a notification?

Unfortunately I don’t have a good repro. ☹
