This fixes all the deprecation warnings.
* `add_to_seralizer` 's `respect_plu…gin_enabled` argument should be passed as a keyword argument
* The old jquery `bootbox` is replaced with `dialog`
* Uses angle bracket syntax
I will make another PR to lint everything after this one is merged.
