**Situation:** An admin left our org. I suspended her account and removed her admin privileges. She has a bunch of pending invites in her queue. I would like them in my queue so I can manage them. **Question:** What are the NON-CODING steps to get those invites into my queue? **Troubleshooting:** As a test, I tried deleting one invite from her pending list and re-inviting them via my account and it just gave me this weird link I’ve never seen before (see screenshot) instead of the email address and list of groups that we usually see in the pending queue. ![The image is a screenshot showing empty email addresses with a website domain @bannerhealth.com and partially visible group names, with a red arrow and question mark highlighting a blank field. I looked in the “email sent” log and it does not appear there. Anyway, it would be good to know 1) what that weird link is and 2) how I can move those pending invites under my management.
